Vinex Preslav is an epitome of wines with name and character. The vineyards are located in three micro regions which play a key role in Bulgarian winemaking – Khan Krum, Novi Pazar and Veliki Preslav. This is an extremely suitable area for growing white grapes. The terrain is hilly, with an altitude of 200-280m. Black forest soil and black carbonate soil are predominantly found in this region.

Slanchev Briag grape brandy has long been prized by the people of Europe. It is our pleasure to bring to you this wonderful spirit, aged in special oaken barrels for a period of no less than 3 years.
Pliska 5 – years old
Pliska Grape brandy is a fine delicate brandy that comes to us directly from Bulgaria, produced and bottled by Vinex Preslav. The secret of aging in rare oak casks for a period of no less than 5 years makes Pliska mellow and delightful to drink.
Pliska V.S.O.P. – 7 years old
This premium wine brandy has a warm to light red-brown color. The prolonged aging in wooden casks imparts refined and complex flavors which are assertive and firm. Fruity flavors with a touch of delicious softness. Produced by a smooth and clear distillation of the essential flavor and aromas of selected red wines. Slowly fermented and barrel-aged, the wine is then double-distilled over an open flame to produce premium-quality brandy. This brandy is ideal either at room temperature or over ice after a delicious meal.
Pliska 1300 XO – 15 years old
Pliska reserve 1300 XO wine brandy is made after precise blending of specially selected lots of wine distillate, distilled in alembic pots and aged in small oak casks for 15 years. As a result of the long process of maturation, the beverage develops a complex of aromas with barely perceptible trace of bee honey.
