ORIGIN: Spirt drink, elaborated in our Bodegas in El Puerto de Santa María, located in Andalucía, south of Spain.
BLEND: A selection of eaux-de-vie that combined results in the smooth and harmonious Veterano.
Elaboration starts with a careful selection of euax-de-vie that we distil in our own distillery, founded in 1880, where we integrate the best from the past with modern techniques. Through special continuous and copper pot stills we obtain different styles of rich eaux-de-vie aged in American oak casks, previously seasoned with our premium Sherry wines. Aging is carried out through the unique and traditional Solera system. The eaux-de-vie is enriched with aromas and flavours of grapes and plums, culminating in smooth and voluptuous Spirit.

AROMAS & FLAVOURS: Intense fruit flavours from its wine past, especially plums and grapes mingle seamlessly with elegant oak from its aging.
Neat or on the rocks, when relaxing on your own or in a good meal as an aperitif or alongside dessert. Its flavours make it perfect to pair with goat cheeses or with desserts like tiramisu or crêpes with hot chocolate and orange peel. Ideal also with coffee as Spanish “carajillo”.
