The answer is special North European apple blend. Scandinavian Cider uses a proprietary mix of Baltic varieties of apples, including Tellisaare, Alwa Suislepp, Liivi Kuldrenett, Krugeri Tuvioun, and Talvenauding. This combination produces a harmonious blend of acid, tannin, and sweetness.
