Kotayk Brewery

Kotayk” Brewery being part of “Multi Group” Concern is the successor of the Abovyan Brewery, which was founded last century in the 70s and became one of the leading manufacturing companies in the Soviet Armenia. Due to Czech equipment and technologies, the factory successfully manufactures products using domestic and imported raw materials. The factory been exploited in January 1978, occupying an area of 6.5 hectares, which was selected considering the high quality of the water flowing from Katnaghbyur.

Kotayk Lager – Sharp and cutting, this light Lager beer is brewed & bottled by Abovian Beer Factory in Kotayk, Armenia and under the technical supervision of Castel Beer France. Kotayk Beer provides a sharp and distinct addition to the popular choice of beers. 4.2% Alc./Vol.
Color – Beer is light-golden in color.
Taste – The taste of beer is light, spicy, with fairly low carbonation, malt tones, slight sourness, and hopiness.
Aroma – The aroma of beer, malt tones are supplemented with hints of hay and barely perceptible nuances of hops.
Gastronomy – Beer is well combined with snacks, light snacks, salads, hamburgers, fish, and white meat dishes.

Erebuni – Developed and introduced into production in 2000, Erebuni is a strong beer with saturated malt taste, harmonious hop bitter and characteristic aroma with initial density of 15.0%, alcohol 6.4%.
