More than 335 years ago, Jean de Chaine from Wallonia founded a brewpub in Mannheim which he named after the Germanized version of his family name: Eichbaum. This has become one of the largest and most efficient breweries in Baden-Württemberg. It is the oldest company in Mannheim but also one of the most modern, with state-of-the-art bottling and brewing technologies and an annual output of 1.8 mn hl. More than 16 different beers and a huge number of trading units make Privatbrauerei Eichbaum an attractive partner.

ST. BARTHOLOMAUS WHEAT BEER
A premium white ale with fine yeast. A top fermented, unfiltered lager beer. Brewed with more than 50% wheat malt and other specialty malts, as well as our own purebred, top fermenting yeast. A rich yellow-orange with lots of vitamin rich yeast and creamy, compact foam. A citrus fruit aroma with subtle banana notes. Refreshing on the palate, mild, tasty and a harmonious sweetness.
VALENTINS GRAPEFRUIT WHEAT BEER
The Valentin’s Bier is made with 335 years of brewing history from the BadenWurttemberg region of Germany.
Weissbier literally means “white beer” and is pronounced “vice-beer’. It is also known as Weizenbier meaning “wheat beer”. Like lagers, the category of Weissbier has several sub-categories; Hefeweizen meaning “yeast wheat” and is probably the most popular. This delicious Grapefruit Hefeweissbier-Mix is made from Pink Grapefruit.
Tasting Notes: fruit driven, with citrus notes of oranges, and lemon. Light bodied with lively effervescence and a smooth mouth-feel.
