For this limited release craft beer, the unique dragon label of Tatsu was specially designed by new-wave Japanese artist, Toshikazu Nozaka. In conjunction with
Shigetomo Terukina, Brewmaster at Helios Brewery, Tatsu uses specialty ingredients from the heart of Japan. Authentically Japanese in its craftsmanship and recipe, Tatsu is truly a work of art.
TASTING NOTES: Beautiful clear amber color. Sweet aroma from malt. Hop bitterness is not strong, very soft.
