Browar Staropolski

Staropolski Brewery located in Zdunska Wola, Poland, takes pride not only in its beers; developed basing on old, traditional polish recipes to assure rich taste, but holds pride in its affluent history.
Established in 1892 by one of the members of most famous and respectful brewery families of that period, Zenona Anstadta, from the beginning Brewery was valued by the deep taste of polish beer.
In Year 1916 property was acquired by family of Magierkiewicz and stayed under their management till breakout of World War II. Brewery was functioning in times of German occupation providing working space for the local population.
Next owner was family of Blusiewicz, which was running the brewery in years 1947-1951. In the end of 1951 Brewery was nationalized and incorporated into Brewery Department of Lodz. In the brake of 1996 and 1997 family of Blusiewicz reclaimed their rights to Brewery and begun beer production as a family company under the name of Browar Staropolski. Modernization of the Brewery allowed to increase the production power up to 100 thousand hectolitres of beer per year.

Staropolskie Dworskie is characterized by a noble taste, golden color and a delicate malt-hop aroma.
This beer has received the “Quality-Tradition” Certificate – a distinction awarded to products, in the production of which only raw materials are used, whose origin is traceable, and which do not contain GMO components.
Light beer, filtered, pasteurized. Ingredients: water, Pilsner malt, hops: Magnum, Sybilla, Hallertauer Tradition; yeast bottom fermentation.

Staropolskie Chmielne – an increased dose of the best Polish varieties of hops was used for its production, thanks to which it is characterized by clean, distinct bitterness and fresh hop aroma.
Light beer, filtered, pasteurized. Ingredients: water, malts: Pilsen; hops: Magnum, Sybilla, Hallertauer Tradition; yeast bottom fermentation.

Staropolskie Honey is a beer with a unique taste, brewed using a double dose of natural honey. The combination of knowledge of Old Polish brewers and miodosytników. Honey beer, bright, pasteurized. Ingredients: water, malts: Pilsen; hops: Magnum, Hallertauer Tradition; natural honey (60g / liter), yeast bottom fermentation.

Triple buckwheat is a light beer that owes its unique, honey, sweet taste to a triple dose (90g / liter) of buckwheat honey.
